We serve customers in New England (Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine), New York, and Texas.


3. TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM TERMS

Program Description

By opting into Johnny's Pro text message program, you agree to receive informational text messages from Johnny's Pro to the mobile phone number you provided. These text messages are designed to keep you informed about your home improvement projects and services.

Types of Messages

You can expect to receive the following types of text messages:

  • Informative updates about your roof condition and status

  • Scheduled appointment reminders

HELP Information

For assistance with our text message program, text HELP to the number from which you received messages. You will receive a reply with program information and customer support contact details. You may also contact us at:

STOP/Opt-Out Information

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. Please note that opting out of text messages will not affect other forms of communication, such as email or phone calls regarding your active service projects.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract and may include:

  • Deposit payment upon contract signing

  • Progress payments at specified project milestones

  • Final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction

Late Payments

8. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

Workmanship Warranty

Johnny's Pro provides a lifetime workmanship guarantee on completed projects, subject to the terms specified in your service contract. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in installation and workmanship

  • Labor required to correct covered defects

  • Proper installation according to manufacturer specifications

Material Warranties

Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in filing warranty claims when applicable. Material warranties are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective manufacturers.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused by acts of God, severe weather, or natural disasters

  • Damage caused by improper maintenance or neglect

  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Your violation of any rights of another party

  • Failure to provide accurate property information affecting our work


12. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

Johnny's Pro maintains appropriate insurance coverage, including:

  • Workers' compensation insurance

Proof of insurance is available upon request. We recommend that customers verify their homeowner's insurance coverage for any additional protection during construction projects.


13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Resolution

Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, the parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing legal action. The cost of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.

Arbitration

If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Massachusetts, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Massachusetts.
